I have a confession to make. I didn’t start playing pickleball to get fit. I started because it looked fun, and let’s be honest—who doesn’t love a sport with a name like “pickleball”? But guess what? After just a few months on the court, I noticed something incredible:
My endurance improved—I could play longer without feeling wiped out.
My legs? Stronger than ever (thank you, constant shuffling).
And don’t even get me started on my hand-eye coordination.
Turns out, pickleball is like a secret fitness hack disguised as a game. In fact, I calculated a 20% boost in my overall health metrics (hello, better heart rate and stamina!).
